I pledge to stop dieting in 2017, join me! I have realised just how much pressure dieting has put on me, not just my body but mentally too. I have spent most of my life on a diet and what have I achieved?…..a good knowledge of lots of diets (and how to cheat) and probably a bigger body than I started with! I want to be kind to myself (and my poor family) and learn what I actually like to eat and what my natural body shape is. If that isn’t a super models body it’s time to live with that and love my own shape. 2017 is my year and I’m going use it to learn to enjoy life and eating!
