I pledge to stop dieting in 2020! I am fed up of being blamed for a theory or diet concept that doesn’t work! I want to learn to embrace my life and not constantly get anxious about what I eat. I want to enjoy my food, not feel guilty for doing so and certainly not feel regretful for it. I pledge that for the first time in my life, I can be the person who reaches into a biscuit barrel and people say ‘I don’t know how she does it’!
