On this intensive day, your trained Chocolate Fairy will support you through a range of individual, paired and small group activities that bring the Principles to life! As the day unfolds, these carefully planned tasks deal with the issues that really matter - comfort eating, cravings, exercise, body image and more. You’ll be able to ask the questions that matter to you and the chance to work through practical solutions for your own real-life obstacles. After a day jam-packed with ‘WOW!’ moments, you’ll leave the Beyond Chocolate Experience motivated, inspired and with an array of strategies at your fingertips for a healthier relationship with food and your body which includes losing weight and keeping it off!

Meeting once a week for six weeks these courses are led by Chocolate Fairies – women who have taken part in a full Beyond Chocolate training and, importantly, women like you who have ’been there’ themselves. At the first session, after meeting the other women you’ll be working with, you’ll get started on a journey that will change your relationship with food and your body – forever! During the course, your Chocolate Fairy will lead you, step by step, through the Beyond Chocolate principles whilst mini ‘try this at home’ tasks will encourage you to explore each one in turn. The six week course offers a unique opportunity to experiment with the Principles and return the following week to discuss challenges and ask further questions as you tailor Beyond Chocolate to your life.

What Topics are covered?
Our 1 Day Courses are all led by Chocolate Fairies – women who have taken part in a full Beyond Chocolate training and, importantly, women like you who have ’been there’ themselves. Alongside other participants, your Fairy will support you through a range of individual, paired and small group activities that, one by one, bring the Principles to life! As the day unfolds, these carefully planned tasks deal with the issues that really matter - comfort eating, cravings, exercise, body image and more.
Building on your own experiences, you’ll be offered opportunities to ask the questions that matter to you and the chance to work through practical solutions for your own real-life obstacles. After a day jam-packed with ‘WOW!’ moments of realisation, you’ll leave the Beyond Chocolate Experience motivated, inspired and with an array of strategies at your fingertips for a healthier relationship with food and your body which includes, if you want to, losing weight and keeping it off!
Topics covered on the day include:
- How to ditch the ‘all or nothing’ diet mentality
- How to DO Beyond Chocolate so it doesn’t become just another good idea you tried
- Eating when you’re hungry
- Stopping when you’ve had enough
- How to make sure you’re not the dustbin! How to stop eating food you don’t need.
- How to stop overeating and binging
- Eating whatever you want without feeling guilty!
- Making ‘exercise’ enjoyable so that you actually DO it
- How to get the body you want
- How to support yourself
- How to be your own weight loss guru!
What’s included?
The cost of the course includes absolutely EVERYTHING – teas/coffees, refreshments, a lovely lunch, materials and goodies. There are NO hidden extras and we won’t try to sell you anything at all!
After the course, further support is on hand from the exclusive Beyond Chocolate member only forum where over 550 other Beyond Chocolaters provide an endless source of support, ideas and guidance.

I taste the freedom when…
every Monday is the start of another week, not the start of another diet!
Before Beyond Chocolate I dieted successfully for 23 years followed by lengthy periods of bingeing and weight gain that were just as successful. I believed absolutely that the only way to lose weight was to diet, to eat less and exercise more and I felt that I was a failure because I couldn't do that for the rest of my life. I was constantly obsessing about my weight, my size, my shape and avoided social situations because I felt too big, too awkward, too badly dressed.
In my life ‘Beyond Chocolate’ I am learning what's right for me and learning about myself. I'm far more interested in my relationship with food and far less worried about losing weight or exercising my way to the perfect body. I'm relaxed around food in any situation and really enjoy eating the foods that I really want. I put on clothes I'm comfortable in, go out and enjoy myself and I no longer worry whether anyone is thinking I'm too fat!
I trained to be a Fairy because I would love to help other women find their way out of the yo-yo diet trap and into the freedom that Beyond Chocolate has given me.
My three Chocolate Fairy favourites are: dancing, reading and eating out.
