Maybe you’re at that point in your life where you’ve decided enough is enough. You’ve had it with dieting, trying to be good, eating in moderation and making healthy choices. None of it is workingfor any length of time and you know that there must be another way.
Or maybe you have been experimenting with Beyond Chocolate for a while and you could really do with some support, encouragement and motivation.
This workshop is hands on, interactive & even fun!
We won’t patronise you with clichés or urge you to stand up and bare your soul to a roomful of strangers. Alongside other participants, we will take you through a range of individual, paired and small group activities that bring the Beyond Chocolate approach to life! We know the best way to understand new concepts and make changes is to experience them first hand. As the course unfolds, these carefully planned tasks deal with the issues that really matter – forbidden foods, mindful eating, overeating, body image, and how to do Beyond Chocolate.
