Put the Beyond Chocolate principles into action and make mindful eating a practice – just like you would with meditation, yoga, journaling etc… Take the theory out of your head and onto your plate for a completely different experience of eating.
These sessions are the perfect way to experience the Beyond Chocolate approach hands on and build your confidence with the principles. Audrey will guide you as you eat, asking questions and making suggestions designed to support you to eat in tune with your body.
